Executive HR Director

Opportunity

Our client is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and people‑centric Executive HR Director to lead the Human Resources function and guide the organization through the next stage of growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR executive who excels at building scalable systems, developing high‑performing teams, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and counsel to the executive team, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leadership development, and compliance.
• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies to support long‑term growth.
• Implement and manage HR policies, programs, and systems that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management programs, including goal‑setting, coaching, corrective action, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track HR performance, retention, and organizational health.
• Lead HR team members with a focus on mentorship, empowerment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
• 8+ years of increasingly responsible HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior or executive HR role.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner and thought leader.
• Expertise in employee relations, talent strategy, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience driving HR transformation or scaling organizations is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
