Executive Director – Overview
Tutors Impacting Public Schools (TIPS) seeks a collaborative visionary leader to build on our success as a K-12 educational partner connecting caring, culturally responsive tutors with students, classrooms, and schools. This role is special – our next Executive Director will lead creatively for growth and sustainability to extend our impact across the Puget Sound.
Responsibilities
- Support our deeply knowledgeable, highly effective program team and well-trained tutor corps to implement contracts with year over year retention.
- Partner with a committed board to develop and execute a shared vision and impact plan, fundraising strategy, and relationships to take our work to the next level.
