We are seeking a strategic and compassionate Executive Director to lead clinical operations and drive organizational growth. This position provides a unique opportunity to impact lives through mission-driven leadership in a high-impact care environment.Direct Reports: Recovery Managers, Counselors, and BHT LeadPosition Overview: The Executive Director is responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical leadership of a behavioral health and addiction recovery facility. This includes oversight of all staff performance, program alignment with best practices, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
