Executive Director — Community Leadership & Wellness

The YMCA of Greater Montgomery is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Montgomery branch, oversee budgets, programs, and staff, and collaborate with the Director of Healthy Living to deliver outstanding member services.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, community partnerships, board relations, fundraising for the annual campaign, and ensuring compliant operations while upholding the YMCA four core values: caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
