Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary managers and team members.
- Manage food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and payroll.
- Maintain recipe standards, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate on menu development and culinary improvements.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to improve operational performance and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, including previous Executive Chef experience.
- Strong background in full-service or upscale casual dining.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing culinary talent.
- Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, purchasing, and inventory.
- Experience with fresh food preparation, recipe execution, and menu development.
- Hands-on, approachable leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Stable career history and interest in long-term growth.
- Must be local to the Dublin/Columbus area.
