In this role, you'll provide proactive, high-quality administrative support and coordination to help the Sr.
Director and GDI leadership team operate effectively.You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, support leadership communications, organize team information, handle confidential matters with discretion, and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.You will report to the Sr Director, GTM Data & Intelligence, and this position is hybrid based out of Toronto, Denver, or San Francisco.ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars for the Sr. Director of GDI, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping ensure their time is organized around key prioritiesCoordinate executive travel in partnership with Corporate Travel, including booking and modifying itineraries, researching travel requirements, supporting visa processes, and managing travel logistics. Will travel with executive as needed, approximately, 2-4 times per yearCoordinate internal and external meetings by scheduling attendees, reserving rooms, preparing agendas and materials, arranging technology, confirming logistics, and ensuring participants have the information they needSupport leadership meetings, staff meetings, All Hands, manager calls, planning sessions, and employee & business reviews by helping capture notes, document action items, and track follow-up itemsWork with Finance and accounts payable to track expenses and purchase orders for team activities, travel and contractors, and ensure payments are processed accuratelyPartner with the leadership team to support recurring meeting cadences, leadership communications, team coordination, and administrative follow-throughManage event logistics, including venue coordination, A/V, catering, attendee communications, materials, travel details, onsite logistics, directions, maps, and related supportSupport GDI-wide communications by coordinating timelines, collecting inputs, preparing draft materials, formatting updates, and helping ensure communications are clear, timely, and well organizedMaintain team information systems, including Slack channels, email aliases, distribution lists and directoriesHandle confidential information related to employees, company operations, organizational changes, leadership discussions, and business priorities with discretion and sound judgmentBuild positive working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners, representing the VP and GDI team with professionalism, discretion, and tactIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes, meeting logistics, documentation, team information management, and day-to-day coordinationMinimum Qualifications2-5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadersExperience managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, supporting communications, booking travel, and processing expensesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization, attention to detail, discretion, and follow-throughAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgmentComfort with ambiguity and change; able to adapt quickly, stay organized, and help bring structure to administrative processesStrong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional emails, memos, and meeting materialsProficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePointExperience coordinating meetings, events, travel, onboarding logistics, team documentation, or internal communicationsPrior experience planning global offsites, events, and all-hands meetingsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships with leaders, peers, team members, and cross-functional partnersResults-oriented team player with a customer-service mindsetPrior experience working in the Tech industry preferredAbility to travel to events or internal meetings, locally and internationally, approximately 2-4 times per yearThe Ideal CandidateDemonstrates strong initiative and follows through reliablyIs highly organized and enjoys keeping people, meetings, materials, and logistics on trackAnticipates administrative needs and proactively resolves issues before they become blockersCommunicates clearly, calmly, and professionally, especially in fast-moving or sensitive situationsBuilds productive working relationships across all levels and brings a helpful, service-oriented mindset to supporting the teamEnjoys working independently while staying closely connected to the needs of the Sr. Director, leadership team, and broader GDI organizationIs comfortable managing multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, confidential information, and detailed logisticsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!

For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $61,000 and $89,100. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
