Executive Administrative AssistantDeposco is looking for a bright, motivated, high-performing individual to help support our executive team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant on our team, you'll use judgment and precise attention to detail to support one or more of our executives. The perfect addition to our team will be an organized planner who can complete high volumes of tasks with a focus on deadline sensitivity with minimal guidance or supervision.

If this sounds like you, we want to talk to you!What You'll DoDaily administrative supportOrganize, optimize, and be the gate-keeper of schedules which includes scheduling internal and external meetingsServe as liaison between executives and internal staff as well as external partiesManage and prioritize action items for executives according to importance and deadlinesPlan and coordinate travel arrangementsMaintain and process expense reportsDo light research for executives including on individuals (LinkedIn) or companies (i.e. background / bio's on individuals the executive will be meeting with)Download and deliver select recurring reportsDraft memos, letters, documents, or other communicationsAssist in editing and formatting PowerPoint presentationsIdentify & implement opportunities for office management improvementsAssist with all preparations for your executive's meetings, interviews, and conference/video callsSupport in the organization and execution of team eventsSupport, own, and cultivate new ideas/projects as they are thought upWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree with 2 - 7 years experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a relevant administrative roleAbility to work independently, while maintaining a collaborative outlookOutstanding efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processesHigh sense of urgency and flexibility with changing schedules and prioritiesExcellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and discreetly handle sensitive informationPositive, happy, high-energy, can-do, going to be a great day attitudeExceptional communication skills both written and verbalProficiency with internet searches and Google / MS Office suiteMust be willing to work onsite at our Alpharetta, GA officePerksBe part of an energetic team that is serious about delivering software to customers and cultivating our culture.
