Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a licensed therapist to provide high-quality rehab services at Excelcare at Wilmington, a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. In this role, you’ll evaluate geriatric and sub-acute residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical, occupational, or speech therapy focused on maximizing function, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, educate families and staff, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered environment that supports clinical excellence and continuous learning.
