is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in Exadata DB and Appliance administrationExperience in providing end-to-end Exadata Database administrationMaintaining and monitoring OEM, ITSM queueRespond to alerts/tickets and resolving them within predefined SLAsPerforming Monthly Exacheck on all clustersPerform regular health checks and produce reportsExecuting and providing data center access requestsMaintain knowledge baseParticipating in weekly ops meeting (local time)Query tuning; Identify and address performance issuesProblem resolution/root cause analysis/post-mortemsTrack application errors & communicate back to app teamsBAR/DRTaking Data guard replicasDatabase cloning, data movement, export/import, etc.Partition extensions, etc.Tablespace managementDatabase patching/upgradesSystem patchingCapacity planning, workload rules, etc.Manage system account passwords (future)Manage end-user accountsSetting up and maintaining Network/container rulesDatabase shut down/restartReview upcoming releases for space, performance, etc.Participate in deployments as neededProviding project supportHands on experience in above activities.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentPreferredAbove listed skillsets are mustHigh analytical skillsA high degree of initiative and flexibilityHigh customer orientationHigh quality awarenessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
