What You'll Do
- Serve plated meals and beverages to guests in a banquet or event setting
- Pour wine tableside and carry large oval trays with a jack stand
- Prep ingredients including chopping vegetables and assembling appetizers
- Assist with plating meals during service
- Keep your work area clean and organized throughout the event
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Current Oregon Food Handler Card or OLCC Server Permit
- Experience in banquet, catering, or event service
- Ability to carry a loaded oval serving tray safely
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for scheduled events
