EV Sales & Growth Director (Multi‑Market)

Ever is building the future of auto retail with an AI-native platform. We are seeking a Director of Sales to own revenue across all markets, leading the sales and BDC functions from first contact to contract and delivery.

You will report to the VP of Operations and collaborate with the COO and co-founder to scale our nationwide sales organization, set playbooks, and drive customer satisfaction at scale. This is a senior leadership role with strong ownership over targets and team development.
