About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ab Initio Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions. In this role, you will architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging Ab Initio and modern data engineering practices to support enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data applications and pipelines using Ab Initio .
- Implement robust ETL processes for large-scale batch data processing.
- Optimize performance for high-volume data workflows and micro-batch processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data security, compliance, and auditing standards.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in:
- Unix systems and scripting
- GitHub
- Familiarity with Autosys job scheduling.
- Experience with:
- Handling large data volumes for batch processing
- Performance tuning for batch workflows
- Creating asynchronous micro-batches and non-linear batch processes
