With a career at PVS, you'll play a vital role in the daily lives of millions of people.We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations across multiple business units. This role will be responsible for driving full lifecycle ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful ERP deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsProvide regular status reporting to leadership and stakeholdersIdentify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively manage mitigation plansCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with business leaders to define requirements and ensure alignment with operational needsCoordinate activities across IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional areasManage internal project teams and external implementation partnersImplementation OversightOversee data migration, system configuration, integration, and testing activitiesEnsure effective user training, change management, and adoption strategiesSupport cutover planning and go-live execution, including hypercare supportManages project costsProvides oversite on all project costsReviews and approves invoices from implementation partners, ideally using time sheets provided by the partner.Operational ExcellenceDrive standardization of processes and best practices across ERP implementationsEnsure proper documentation of project deliverables, configurations, and processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives following implementationOther DutiesAs time allows, this position may be asked to support other non-implementation ERP tasks:Projects for ERP Applications that are already in place.ERP Module SupportQualificationsRequired Experience4–5 years of experience as an ERP Project ManagerProven experience leading a minimum of 3 full-cycle ERP implementationsDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional IT and business projectsTechnical & Functional SkillsStrong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, SAP, or similar)Experience with data migration and validationExperience with system integration and testingExperience with business process transformationSolid knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)Leadership & CommunicationStrong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field requiredPMP or equivalent certification preferredExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferredWork EnvironmentHybrid work scheduleOccasional travel (less than 25 percent) to business units or project locations.Benefits IncludePaid Time OffHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision CoverageLife InsuranceShort Term DisabilityHealth Savings Account401K MatchingPVS values diversity and is committed to upholding the laws and regulations published by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
