Equipment Finance Relationship ManagerAt Regions, the Equipment Finance Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and retaining existing relationships and generating new business in the Equipment Finance segment.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops strategies for maintaining and further penetrating existing accountsExecutes strategy with calls, visits, needs assessment, customer qualification, and meeting follow-up to maintain, enhance, and expand customer relationshipsAssists customers in analyzing problems and proposes Regions' solutionsResponds promptly to customer issues, questions, and concernsAnalyzes financial statementsMakes financing proposalsNegotiates terms and conditions for loans, leases, etc.Cross-sells bank productsExercises strong credit and pricing skillsMakes credit and pricing recommendations for credits above the assigned authority and decisions for credits within assigned authoritySponsors loan requests through the appropriate credit approval processMaintains and builds account profitability with assigned clientsManages administrative tasks, including credit analysis and processingThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience in commercial banking or sales orHigh school diploma or GED and ten (10) years of experience in commercial banking or salesSkills and CompetenciesAbility to multi-task efficientlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skillsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
