Teammates have access to Employee Resource Groups that serve as advocates and purpose and how you can bring it to life as an Ameris Bank teammate.Essential Functions, Duties, and ResponsibilitiesBooks originations which meet and/or exceed annual origination objectivesLaunches and trains newly closed new Broker relationships which can products $1,000,000 and up in annual originationsMotivate and drive Broker relationships towards stated objectivesTakes ownership of training, communicates and administers new Broker relationships, both internally and externallyAssists in strategic management of Broker accounts with principals and/or designated contacts of Brokers, in conjunction with Balboa Capital's management teamWorks effectively with internal partners in Credit, Documentation, Marketing, IT, Post Funding, Recruiting, and other segments in Sales ManagementPractices strong application and fundamentals with calling efforts, Salesforce, Portal 360, Balboa Quote, and other best practicesProvides mentorship to more junior Broker Program ManagersPractices ethical sales behaviors in accordance with Ameris' core values of Integrity and Honesty; always acts in the best interest of the customer when offering additional products and services.Required Knowledge, Skills and CompetenciesSalesforcePortal 360Full understanding of CRM'sVerifiable and documented track record of successIndustry and Work ExperienceMinimum of 5 years Equipment Finance industry experienceAcademicHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree in finance or related field preferredSalary Range$30k-$150k per year.
