A major fund is looking for an Analyst, or an exceptional Senior Associate, to work directly alongside a Miami-based PM on a Small/Mid-Cap Industrials book spanning Multi-Industrials and Engineering & Construction names. This is a close, high-visibility seat with direct PM interaction rather than a layered team structure.
The Opportunity:
- Work directly with the PM on SMID Industrials names across Multis and E&C — no buffer layer between you and the decisionmaker.
- High day-to-day visibility and influence over the book's idea flow.
- Based in Miami, on a lean team where output is directly attributable.
Requirements:
- If Analyst level, then relevant sub sector expertise is essential.
- If Associate level, then Industrials sub-sector experience strongly preferred but not a deal breaker.
- Strong analytical grounding and a track record of contributing differentiated ideas.
- Comfortable in a close, high-accountability working relationship with a PM.
