Buchanan is a specialist recruitment firm partnering with leading law firms across the United States. As we continue to grow our Miami team, we're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join us as Entry Level Recruiters.
No recruitment experience is required. We're looking for confident, driven people who enjoy building relationships, working towards goals and want to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
You'll focus on identifying and engaging top legal talent across the US, building relationships with attorneys and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You'll receive structured training and mentorship from experienced recruiters as you develop your commercial skills and knowledge of the legal market.

- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, competitive and driven by results
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Sales, hospitality, customer service or other people-focused experience is a plus
