What You’ll Do

• Support the growth and development of assigned marketing and sales campaigns
• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Build relationships with customers while representing client brands professionally
• Generate sales through retail promotions and marketing campaigns
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Collaborate with team members and campaign leaders to achieve performance goals
• Support advertising, promotional, and brand awareness initiatives
• Track customer interactions and campaign results
• Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training

Key Responsibilities

• Execute in-person marketing and sales strategies designed to increase customer engagement
• Help customize campaign approaches based on customer needs and client goals
