What is 360 recruitment?

Think of it as a sales role where you’re building your own network and, eventually, your own book of business.

You’ll be speaking to candidates and businesses every day, building relationships, developing new business, negotiating, closing deals and working towards clear targets.

The better you perform, the more you can earn and the quicker you can progress.

What will you actually be doing?

You’ll learn how to:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients across specialist technology markets
• Pick up the phone and confidently speak to new people
• Source and engage high-quality candidates
• Develop new business and build your own client relationships
• Understand what businesses are looking for when they hire
• Negotiate and close deals
• Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to placement
• Work towards clear weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build your own specialist market and become an expert in it

Who are we looking for?
