As an Engineering program manager in this team, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring innovative solutions to life, enabling Apple to deliver exceptional experiences to its customers.Minimum Qualifications8-12 years of experience in technical program or project management5 years minimum experience in Contact Center Domain2 years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI ProgramsStrong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teamsThe ability to empower, mentor, and lead geographically dispersed teamsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsExcellent communicator - verbal and written and excellent presentation skills.Knowledge of visual design tools is a plus.Sharp analytical mindset.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
