Metalforming experience is required.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of impression die hot forging processes, materials, and tooling.
Proven proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and DEFORM simulation software.Lean Manufacturing: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing engineering teams.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
