Candidate must possess a history of strong leadership, deep practical engineering knowledge and a proven track record for timely project delivery, project management, cost control and customer satisfaction.
The candidate shall be well rounded with a heavy focus on EE and some experience in ME and software. The candidate must be comfortable working in a team environment and interfacing closely with the Company's Partnerships, Finance, Marketing and Operations departments. The desired individual is someone who will bring knowledge and creativity to the position as well as have the discipline to drive results and follow established fundamental processes while driving process simplification and improvement. Candidate will be measured on all levels of responsibility including profitability, sales, budget, team performance and business development.

EE, ME, etc.)Experience in a fast-paced quick turn customization engineering teamStrategic thinker and planner; able to drive continuous process improvement and achieve results.
