Engineering & Maintenance Manager Opportunity with a fast growing food and beverage manufacturer. The Engineering & Maintenance Manager has accountability for leadership of approximately 12 maintenance staff, 1 Maintenance Engineer, 1 Maintenance Planner, and 1 Process Engineer. We are looking for a leader who can implement better processes & systems for Maintenance and Reliability as well as coach and develop the team.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
BS degree or applicable experiences
10+ years leading engineering and maintenance activities for a food or beverage manufacturing plant
Experience leveraging CMMS programs to improve reliability of complex food manufacturing equipment
Coaching and mentoring of maintenance teams elevating their ability to improve OEE
Work with the VP of Operations to strategize on the future needs for the plant to continue to modernize operations
Experience with Rockwell automation and controls systems is a plus
