Electrical Manager I And IIMortenson is currently seeking an Electrical Manager I and II in our Energy Storage group that will be responsible for providing electrical technical support throughout the entire construction project.This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications.
Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.Responsibilities:Provide technical electrical supportIdentify qualified electrical contractors and engineers and maintain list of areas of their expertise and geographical limitsReview system studies performed by engineer of record, ensuring conformance with contract documentsCollaborate with other departments to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project scheduleProvide onsite support to electrical teamProvide electrical design and installation support to on-site staffQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experienceMaster electrician preferredProficiency in medium and high voltage technical knowledgeSpecialized knowledge/experience in an area of electrical control, substations, t-line, etc.Knowledge of NEC code and NE safety codeStrong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsDetail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksBasic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practicesMicrosoft Office, Project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate levelAbility to travel up to 50%Electrical Manager IMinimum qualifications:Minimum eight years electrical construction management and/or electrical design experienceMinimum one-year experience with project completion from mobilization to turnoverThe base pay range for this role is $125,600- $188,400Electrical Manager IIMinimum qualifications:Minimum of eight years electrical construction management and/or electrical design experienceMinimum of two years' experience with project completion from mobilization to turnoverThe base pay range for this role is $144,300- $216,500(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
