E2E Feature and Homologation Team PositionThe End-to-End (E2E) Feature and Homologation team brings systems engineering focus and discipline to mobility-as-a-service deployment and operations. We are systems engineers working with key business stakeholders to define and deliver remarkable product capabilities that span across Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments. We partner with the systems teams from each domain by leveraging their deep technical knowledge, implementation expertise, and validation techniques to deliver a fully verified product capability.
The result is E2E ownership of a world class mobility service.Required Skills & Qualifications5 years of engineering experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or PhysicsDirect requirement tools experience (Polarion, Jama, Doors)Direct experience authoring and requirements analysis with agentic AI/LLM toolsWorking knowledge of SysML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, and System of Systems engineeringPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCreate ODDs for multiple platforms using PLM Requirements toolsProvide enablement, reviews, and working sessions for collaborating teams (Functional Safety Systems, Product Software Systems, Vehicle Systems, Advanced Hardware Systems)Partner closely with other engineering departments to negotiate and align on ODD requirements, ConOps, and go to market strategy
