A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel for its Minneapolis, MN office. The role involves defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims and providing strategic advice to employers on labor law issues.
Duties
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
- Handle employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, and more.
- Class Action experience preferred but not required.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with first-chair experience.
- Current Bar admission in MN in good standing.
- Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
- In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

- Bar admission in Minnesota.
