The team works with innovative clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies across technology, life sciences, green energy, and cleantech industries.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of exclusive management-side employment law litigation and counseling experience.Qualifications:2+ years of management-side employment litigation experience requiredExperience handling employment litigation matters and advising clients on workplace issuesExperience with terminations, leaves of absence, reductions in force, and employment policiesExperience with trade secrets, restrictive covenants, non-competes, and employee mobility mattersExperience advising on employment issues related to mergers and acquisitions preferredActive New York Bar admission requiredExcellent academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skillsCompensation & BenefitsThe expected salary for this position is $235,000, with discretionary merit-based bonuses available.The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare coverage, retirement benefits, paid parental leave, wellness programs, professional development support, paid CLE and bar expenses, and additional employee benefits.Direct Counsel is conducting a confidential search for qualified candidates.
