A highly regarded Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Attorney to join their dynamic Denver team. With a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients across a wide range of industries, they are looking for a candidate who brings 4+ years of comprehensive experience in employment law.

This role will focus on advising clients on employment matters, including drafting employee agreements, policies, and handbooks. The ideal candidate will have experience handling day-to-day employment issues and drafting correspondence, pleadings, position statements, and briefs for pre-litigation and litigation. While trial and deposition attendance is minimal, strong pre-litigation and litigation management skills are essential. Experience with employment-related due diligence in M&A is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employment law, ideally in an employment law group at a large law firm or employment law boutique.
• A member and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
• Significant experience with employee agreements, handbooks, and policies.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow a thriving practice.
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
