We are seeking an experienced or internship-trained Emergency Veterinarian to join a modern, independently owned Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Frisco, TX.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of 6+ emergency and specialty veterinarians delivering advanced, evidence-based medicine with outstanding technical support and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

The Role

• Diagnose and manage a diverse emergency and critical care caseload
• Work closely alongside specialists in surgery, internal medicine, and critical care
• Deliver high-quality patient care with experienced technicians and support staff
• Contribute to a collaborative, mentorship-focused culture committed to clinical excellence

Schedule

• Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Swing shifts: 2:00 PM 2:00 AM
• Full-time schedule with structured rota and advance planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $130,000$160,000 (depending on experience)
• 22% production bonus with no negative accrual
