Electro Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join the manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic and electro-mechanical components while following detailed production instructions and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electro-mechanical and electronic components using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and other technical documentation.
• Build and route wire harnesses and related wiring assemblies.
• Perform soldering of wires, terminals, connectors, and electronic components as required
• Conduct visual and functional quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
• Test completed assemblies to verify proper operation and conformance to specifications.
• Identify assembly issues and perform basic rework or adjustments when needed.
• Maintain accurate and consistent workmanship while meeting established production requirements.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electro-mechanical, electronic, or manufacturing assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and small components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues and perform rework when required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a production environment.

Pay rate is $24- $26 per hour depending on experience and shift
