Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Electricians for projects located in or around Springdale, AR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  Perform electrical work in industrial, commercial, and residential environments

  n

• n

  Bend and install conduit

  n
n
• n

  Pull, install, and terminate electrical wiring

  n
n
• n

  Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment

  n
n
• n

  Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

  n
n
• n

  Install and power HVAC systems, generators, and other heavy equipment

  n
n
• n

  Install lighting, receptacles, switches, and breaker panels

  n
n
• n

  Install, maintain, test, and repair high-voltage systems

  n
n
• n

  Service and repair heavy-duty motors and automated machinery in factories, plants, and warehouses

  n
n

Requirements:

n
• n

  Must have electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or residential environments

  n
n
• n

  Must be proficient in conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminations

  n
n
• n

  Must have troubleshooting experience

  n
n
• n

  Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings

  n
n
• n

  Experience with high-voltage systems, heavy-duty motors, and automated machinery is preferred

  n
n
• n

  Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  n
n
• n

  Must have reliable transportation

  n
