As a Project Manager, you'll report directly to the Director and VP in a client-facing role that requires building strong relationships both in and outside the office.
You'll develop through hands-on experience, peer collaboration, and ongoing technical training.Essential duties include ensuring all company, client, and project policies/procedures are followed, generating estimates, overseeing projects through administrative direction, interfacing with customers, planning and coordinating activities, generating billings, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials, building long-term relationships, offering innovative solutions, providing feedback and reports, managing project review processes, advising and mentoring team members, expanding professional knowledge, leading job site safety, participating in industry events, and preparing change management forms.Required qualifications include electrical contracting project management experience, understanding of electrical installations, good knowledge of reading electrical and mechanical drawings, strong computer skills in Microsoft 365, familiarity with computer-based estimating, excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of billing and collections, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, 30 Hour OSHA Certification, and authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
