Opportunity SnapshotWe put the unity in "opportunity."Compensation: $50.00/hourLocation: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours+Benefits: Comprehensive with 401K, holidays and PTOLocals will receive first considerationResponsibilitiesSupport field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenancePlan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production, and maximize operational availabilityPerform LV & HV Electrical Isolations and lock-offsCarry out all activities to company standards and proceduresRaise relevant permits within the agreed time periodReport relevant maintenance data for reliability analysisParticipate in failure investigations and identify reliability issuesGenerate new work requests to highlight plant and equipment faultsDevelop and review operational and maintenance proceduresProvide input and assistance for new projects including commissioning workQualificationsPrevious experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas IndustryDiscipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experienceEffective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation stepsTeam Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist othersAbility to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programsThe Bergaila Way:The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
