This role involves working hands-on with 415 V and 480 V systems, including switchgear, busway, Pdu/Ups, Msbs, and grounding. The position is primarily involved in industrial and data-center construction rather than operating-plant tasks, with responsibilities to pull, land, and energize new equipment from drawings.ResponsibilitiesLead crews in executing Lv inside-wireman work.Install and terminate new electrical infrastructure: conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, wire, and 480 V building and feeder work.Follow lockout/tagout and grounding procedures.Support first energization of new 480 V systems.Install and commission medium-voltage systems at 12.47 kV, 13.8 kV, and 34.5 kV.State journeyman license.Minimum of 5 years of industrial or data-center construction experience.Hands-on experience with 415 V and/or 480 V systems.Why Work Here?Once a permanent employee, candidates will receive $50,000 in equity that vests over four years, providing a substantial long-term benefit.
