This is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting technology infrastructure builds in the country while earning top-tier pay, consistent overtime, daily per diem, and a long-term path to equity ownership.Compensation & Schedule$60 - $70 per hour$166/day per diem paid all 7 days70+ hours available weekly6 x 12-hour shiftsDay and Night Shift openings$50,000 equity package available upon conversion to permanent employmentWhat You'll Be DoingLead electrical crews on a large-scale data center construction projectCoordinate daily field activities and manpowerInstall and oversee conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, feeder systems, and power distribution equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specificationsSupport startup, commissioning, and energization of electrical systemsEnsure compliance with lockout/tagout and all site safety proceduresMaintain production schedules, workmanship quality, and crew performanceQualificationsPrevious Electrical Foreman experience requiredState Journeyman Electrician License preferred5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experienceStrong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systemsExperience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipmentAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documentsMedium-voltage experience is a strong plusBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWhy This Opportunity?Up to $70/hour plus overtime$166/day per diem paid all 7 days70+ hours available weeklyWork on a landmark technology infrastructure project$50,000 equity opportunity upon conversionImmediate openings availableLong-term career growth potentialApply today.
