Engineering ManagerWe've teamed up with a leading natural resources and industrial company that's seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the electrical design team, supporting all phases of capital projects. Based out of the company's GNO area office, this role will provide technical and strategic leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, on-time, and on-budget engineering deliverables. This is a direct hire position offering a flexible hybrid remote work schedule, along with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Electrical Engineering team across multiple projectsEnsure delivery of engineering scope, quality, schedule, and budget objectivesApply engineering codes, standards, and best practices consistentlyDevelop electrical solutions for small to large-scale projectsPromote continuous improvement and engineering excellencePlan and optimize team resources and structureOversee engineering tools, systems, and complianceCoordinate with cross-functional teams for project alignmentParticipate in risk assessments, design reviews, and safety initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years' experience or Master's with 8+ years' experienceProven leadership on large-scale capital projectsDeep technical knowledge of electrical systems and modern design practicesStrong understanding of industry standards and multi-discipline project environmentsExperience with engineering document control, performance tracking, and project coordinationExcellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
