Electrical Engineering Manager
A leader in the Construction Product and Metallurgical Industries , the company specializes in manufacturing processes and turnkey solutions for industrial production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the electrical engineering team while overseeing commissioning activities.
- Ensure engineering deliverables are accurate, on-time, and within budget.
- Manage electrical design, ensuring quality control and standardization.
- Review and approve electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Allocate resources, plan schedules, and ensure project milestones are met (30% travel).
- Support hiring, performance reviews, and team development.
- Optimize design processes by leveraging past projects and technical expertise.
- Oversee commissioning, assigning resources as needed.
Qualifications
- BS, Electrical Engineering
- Experience in electrical design , cabinet layout , and AutoCAD Electrical .
- Knowledge of U.S. and international electrical standards .
- Proven leadership managing a team (3+ engineers preferred).
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Experience in programming and control systems is a plus.
