This Electrical Engineer III position will focus on analog design for new product development.
You'll be a contributing member in our collaborative environment while finding a good amount of autonomy here and a hard-working group that contributes to Banner's ongoing success and continuing growth. In this position, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary and highly technical team, collaborating with peer engineers to prototype and develop cutting-edge sensors products. You will play a key role in all stages of product development, from initial technology evaluation and prototype design to successful release of final product and addressing field issues if they arise.This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Plymouth, MN and is a 5 day per week, in-office position.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign analog and digital circuits for industrial automation sensorsEvaluate electrical system performance to ensure targeted specifications are metManage product documentation including bill of materials (BOMs), design verification reports, and engineering change orders (ECOs)Work collaboratively with and sometimes lead small multidiscipline teams that may include optical, mechanical, software, and/or manufacturing engineers to provide globally competitive productsWhat You Bring to the TableTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and regular attendance is required.
