The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving existing designs, supporting production operations, and implementing solutions to complex technical challenges.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support efforts to improve product performance, manufacturability, cost, and reliabilityProvide hands-on engineering support to production teams, resolving technical issues in real timeTroubleshoot and resolve product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle which may result in some limited redesign effortsImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costsCollaborate cross-functionally with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teamsMaintain engineering documentation, test procedures, and change ordersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer EngineeringDemonstrated experience in implementing product design improvements and cost reductionStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issuesExperience working with LabVIEWKnowledge of manufacturing processes, test procedures, and engineering change controlExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsU.S.
