Key Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of legal matters related to elderly clients, including estate planning, long‑term care issues, and guardianship.
- Draft trusts for high‑net‑worth estates and Medicaid estate planning.
- Work primarily in Seattle, WA, with flexibility for some remote work.
- Hybrid role – available for full‑to‑part time or contract position.
Qualifications
- Experience drafting trusts for high‑net‑worth estates and Medicaid estate planning.
- Experience in family law is required; candidates without family law experience will not be considered.
