The ideal candidate will have deep experience in healthcare data exchange, claims processing, and end-to-end software development, along with the ability to work on complex, cross-functional systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & EngineeringPerform full SDLC activities: Requirements analysis, Application design, Development (C#/.NET), Testing and deploymentDevelop and maintain scalable, high-performance applicationsWrite clean, reusable, and efficient codeEDI & Healthcare IntegrationWork extensively with EDI transactions (837, 835)Design and implement EDI integrations and data pipelinesEnsure compliance with healthcare data standardsWork with tools such as EDI Fabric (preferred)Database DevelopmentDesign and optimize complex MSSQL databasesDevelop advanced T-SQL queries and stored proceduresEnsure data integrity, performance tuning, and optimizationArchitecture & DesignDesign reusable components, frameworks, and librariesContribute to system architecture and design decisionsCollaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutionsCollaboration & LeadershipWork with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, DevOps)Participate in code reviews and enforce best practicesDrive improvements in development efficiency, quality, and speedSupport team alignment on technical goals and delivery milestonesMandatory Skills9+ years of experience in: C# and.NET development, MSSQL (advanced T-SQL, stored procedures)Strong experience in Healthcare domain (7+ years preferred)Hands-on expertise in EDI transactions (837/835 claims processing)Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycleAbility to work on complex, cross-functional systemsPreferred SkillsExperience with EDI FabricKnowledge of HL7, X12 standardsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Experience with Agile methodologiesExposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelinesTop 3 ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end software development using C#/.
