As the leading, privately held U.S. manufacturer of innovative high-performance flexible circuit boards, we are dedicated to the design, production, and assembly of advanced printed circuit board assembly (PCBAs) technology solutions.We develop cutting-edge solutions that explore new frontiers, serve and protect our armed forces and allies, safeguard national security against evolving threats, and propel advancements in hypersonic technology.Our customers include some of the largest aerospace and defense companies like RTX, Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, NASA, JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing.The Testing Operator performs electrical testing on all printed circuit boards using the test machine and program to ensure that all products comply in accordance with customer drawings, specifications, and purchase order requirements.What You'll Do:Operates test machineRuns the test program and performs testing for opens, shorts, and resistanceIdentifies the failure parts with arrows and perform troubleshooting; participates in failure analysis with process engineer when neededCompletes the electrical test certification form after completing the test process.

Certification will be done and record of any non-conformance using NCR (Non-Conforming Report) formSigns off the traveler, date and enter quantity, logs out in ProCIM and moves finished parts to the next scheduled processEnsures a clean and organized work area and properly maintains machines; reports any malfunctions to team leaderPerforms other duties as neededWhat You'll Bring:Prior experience running electrical test programsAbility to read, write, and speak English proficientlyAbility to read and understand documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions, and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the jobMust be detail-oriented and self-motivatedMust be able to remain focused with minor interruptionsMust be able to work overtime as requiredEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)1 year experience in a manufacturing environment1 - 3 years of electrical test technician experience (Required)Please note that in addition to prolonged standing, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 15 pounds; as well as, repetitive hand and finger motion.Schedule:Monday through Friday1st Shift (7:30am to 4pm)Overtime and Weekends as requiredJob Type:Full-Time / OnsiteCalifornia Pay Range$19 - $21 USDThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.Pioneer Circuits provides a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time roles, encompassing healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
