nPosition Overview:
nWe are seeking a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our Miami team. The role involves working with patients of all ages, focusing on improving functional abilities, mobility, and independence through advanced and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
nResponsibilities:
nEvaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized assessments.
nDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
nDeliver therapy programs including exercise, stretching, gait analysis, and gait training.
nUtilize robotic and diagnostic tools to support neurorehabilitation and track outcomes.
nEducate patients and caregivers on assistive devices, orthotics, and prosthetics.
nEnsure accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, plans, and progress.
nMonitor compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic standards.
nCollaborate closely with neurologists, therapists, and technicians.
nParticipate in clinic-led professional development and continuous learning initiatives.
nRequirements:
nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
nActive/unrestricted Florida PT license (or eligibility).
nMinimum 2 years’ professional experience (neurorehabilitation or pediatrics preferred).
nStrong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and proactive mindset.
nPassion for innovation in medicine and interest in professional growth.
nWe Offer:
nCompetitive salary: $82,000 – $105,000/year.
