District Manager Overview
As the District Manager for Wendy's, you will oversee several restaurants, coordinate operations, develop the management staff, enforce company standards and policies, and ensure high quality of service and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for meeting district sales goals, managing staff retention, and providing leadership and training.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with leadership teams from several units to meet district sales goals
- Execute company policies and procedures
- Manage and oversee safe working conditions
- Manage unit managerial staff to maximize staff retention
- Interview and suggest General Manager hires
- Provide proper training for managerial staff
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service to every guest
- Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- Four years of restaurant experience minimum
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Exhibit sense of urgency
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to lift 35 pounds to waist level
- Guest-friendly demeanor
- Willingness to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations
- Willingness to work a normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts)
- ServSafe Certified
- Financial reporting and/or P&L experience
