Responsibilities
Sell ADP human resources technology to companies with 50–999 employees in a designated geographic territory, cultivating new business and managing complete sales cycles. Effectively forecast and maintain a sales pipeline, present ADP solutions to executives, and partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Three+ years in HCM, technology, or related enterprise software sales.
- Proven ability to win new business and close deals in a competitive environment.
- Strong self‑starter with the ability to cold‑call, manage time, and communicate persuasively across media.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, confident, and resilient under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships and deliver commitments.
- High ethical standards and a genuine passion for client success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building a professional network and using social media for sales.
