- Performs all daily cleaning assignments as per work flow. n
- Performs all weekly cleaning assignments as per cleaning schedule. n
- Works in dish room, scrapping trays, loading and unloading dish machine and sorting silverware. n
- Records dish machine and pot water temperatures, takes necessary corrective action if temperatures fall outside of proper range. n
- Sweeps and mops floors. n
- Cleans tables, counters and various types of kitchen equipment which may include: steam tables, yogurt machine, beverage machines, refrigerators, slicer, grill etc. n
- Removes trash from department and transports to disposal area maintaining levels in department. n
- Receives food deliveries and stores products in appropriate areas rotating stock according to policy. n
- Delivers floor stock to all floors while maintaining par levels and fills requisitions as needed. n
- Delivers patient late trays to the ED and other patient units when requested and does so in a timely fashion. n
- Performs other duties as assigned. n

n1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
