Director Upper School Admissions & Financial Aid

Lakeside School, an independent coeducational day school in north Seattle, seeks a Director of Upper School Admission and Financial Aid to lead admissions for grades 9–11 and manage all financial aid programs. The role requires strategic, data-informed planning and coordination with the Enrollment Management team.

The candidate will chair committees, engage with families, and ensure a hospitable, inclusive admissions experience while maintaining high academic standards.
