Director, SEC Reporting & Public Company Growth

Metric DCX in Denver is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting to own external financial reporting as the company scales. This foundational role will build a public-company reporting infrastructure and process to support rapid growth, capital raises, and campus development milestones.

You will lead preparation and filing of 10-K/10-Q/8-K, manage disclosures and internal controls, collaborate with Legal and Investor Relations, and build a reporting team as the organization expands.
