For our client, we are seeking a Director Resource Planning to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a hospitality and recreation environment.
Location: San Mateo, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $214,800 – $322,200 annually
Responsibilities
- Establish a resource planning capability for the Studio Business Group
- Create an integrated view of capacity, demand, and resource commitments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource planning with overall business strategy
- Lead the development of resource analytics to support executive decision-making
- Identify internal sharing opportunities and evaluate their strategic benefits
- Build out vendor planning processes to optimize outsourcing decisions
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in resource or workforce planning, preferably in production or technology sectors
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams in operations or analytics
- Background in managing complex product development and project-based organizations
- Expertise in linking operational metrics with financial insights for decision-making
- Familiarity with developing forecasting models and capacity planning processes
- Strong analytical skills to transform data into strategic recommendations
