Director, Preconstruction (Data Centers)

I’m supporting a rapidly growing US data center developer and operator looking to appoint a Director of Preconstruction as they continue to build out a significant pipeline of large-scale digital infrastructure projects.

This is a hands‑on role with ownership of projects from development through to construction readiness, covering:

• Project planning, budgets & schedules
• Constructability & delivery strategy
• Procurement and long‑lead equipment
• Design, engineering & permitting coordination
• Transition into construction

Looking for 5–10 years’ experience within data center / mission‑critical construction and, importantly, someone who has personally owned projects through preconstruction .
